Contact form: when you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, solely to respond to your inquiry. This information is sent by email and is not stored in a database on the website.
Language cookie: we use a small cookie (site_lang) to remember whether you prefer the Greek or English version of the site. It is not used for any other purpose and is automatically deleted after 30 days.
We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not currently use any website analytics tools.
