Our commitment

We want this website to be accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of any disability or the way they access it (computer, mobile, keyboard, screen reader). The site has been designed with the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) principles in mind.

What we have done

The site supports full keyboard navigation, with a "skip to main content" link for quick access without needing to tab through the menu.

All images have descriptive alternative text (alt text).

The heading structure (titles/subtitles) follows a logical order, making navigation with a screen reader easier.

Colour and contrast have been checked for adequate readability.

We provide a built-in accessibility tool (the icon in the bottom-right corner of every page), which allows: increasing/decreasing text size, high contrast mode, greyscale display, underlined links, pausing moving content, a larger cursor, and reading the page text aloud.

Content that moves automatically (the events carousel) has its own pause button and respects your device's "reduced motion" setting.

Known limitations

Although we make every effort to ensure all content is fully accessible, there may be areas we have not yet identified. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of this site.

Reporting an issue

If you encounter any accessibility barrier on this site, please contact us at info@e-theama.gr, describing the issue and the page where it occurred. We will do our best to address it.
